An award-winning Account Executive for Chase, Adam excelled in relationships with a variety of clients including one of the largest customers in the nation. Adam is the founder of The Dragon Institute and serves as senior advisor of the Dragon Family Wing Chun Association.
Alex brings his 15+ years of IT service management and IT strategy consulting leadership experience, including the Financial Services, Technology, Media and Entertainment and Healthcare industries. He has led a wide range of consulting engagements in the areas of IT service management transformations. Alex holds an MBA in IT Management and is ITIL Master certified and a Fellow in Service Management. In addition, he is a published author and reviewer of the ITIL Framework and the ISO/IEC 20000 standard. Alex is an active student under Sifu Adam Williss and serves as President of the Dragon Family Wing Chun Association.
